For owners of teams 5–50

You don't have an AI problem. You have a "where do I even start" problem.

You've read that AI will transform your business. You've probably paid for a subscription or two. Maybe someone on your team is quietly using it well.

But nobody has ever looked at your business — your actual week, your actual bottlenecks — and told you plainly: start here, skip that, this one isn't worth it yet.

So it stays on the list. Another quarter goes by.

Most businesses buy the tool before they've identified the problem. That produces a subscription, not a result.

Two weeks. One clear answer. Then you decide.

What you get

Three documents. No meetings you don't need.

The whole thing runs around your schedule, not ours. One kickoff call, a short questionnaire your team fills in, and two weeks later you have everything below.

OneThe Audit

We map how work actually moves through your business: what gets done, by whom, how often, and where it stalls. Not a survey of your software. A map of your week. You get a written report covering:

  • The tasks eating the most hours for the least judgement
  • What each one costs you a month, in hours and in money
  • Which of your existing subscriptions are being wasted
  • Where your data or process isn't ready yet — and what to fix first
  • What we'd leave alone, and why

The last one matters. Most of what gets sold as an AI opportunity isn't one.

TwoThe Build Plan

A ranked list of what to do, in order, with a number attached to each. For every recommendation:

  • What it would replace, in plain terms
  • Estimated hours or revenue recovered per month
  • Rough cost to build, and roughly how long
  • Whether you can do it yourself, buy it off the shelf, or need it built
  • What has to be true before it'll work

You can hand this to any developer. It isn't written to make you hire us.

ThreeThe Team Playbook

Short recorded walkthroughs, made for your business, not a generic course. Each one is 4–8 minutes and shows one person how to do one real task — your quote template, your inbox, your monthly report — using the tools you already pay for. Your team watches them at their desk when they need them.

  • Plus one written page on what can and can't go into these tools. Client data, financials, anything under contract. So nobody has to guess.

New hire in March gets the same training as the person who's been there five years.

How it works

Two weeks, start to finish

  1. Day 1 — Kickoff call, 30 minutes

We agree what we're looking at and what “better” would mean for you.

  2. Days 2–4 — Your team answers one question

A short form. “What's the thing you do every week that you wish you didn't?” Five minutes each, no meeting.

  3. Days 5–9 — We work

We review the answers, your tools, and your process. We may ask for a couple of screen recordings. We'll come back with questions, not with a meeting invite.

  4. Day 12 — Everything lands

Audit, build plan, and playbook videos, delivered together. One 45-minute call to walk you through it and answer anything.

  5. After that — your call

Take the plan and run it yourself. Hand it to your own developer. Or have us build it.

The Audit

$650

Audit report and build plan. Two weeks.

Audit + Playbook

$1,150

Everything above, plus up to eight recorded walkthroughs built for your team's real tasks, and the safety page.

Add-on: extra walkthroughs

$150 each

For when a new process or a new hire needs one.

The audit fee comes off any build we do for you.

Commission anything from the build plan within 90 days and the full audit cost is deducted from it. If the answer turns out to be "build nothing yet," you keep the report and we keep nothing but the fee.

Why this first

Nobody should sell you a build before they've seen your week

Most automation agencies will quote you a project on a 30-minute call. They have to — the quote is how they get paid. So the scope gets set before anyone understands the business, and three weeks in it turns out the real bottleneck was somewhere else entirely.

We'd rather charge you a small amount to find out properly, and be honest if the answer is "not yet."

What we'll tell you, even though it costs us work

  • If your process is broken, automating it just makes it break faster
  • If your data lives in three places and none of them agree, fix that first
  • If the task only happens twice a month, it isn't worth a build
  • If an off-the-shelf tool does it for $40, buy the tool

“Can't I just ask ChatGPT what to automate?”

You can, and you should — it's a good starting list. What it can't do is watch how your quotes actually get written, notice that two people do the same job differently, or tell you that the bottleneck isn't the task at all, it's the approval sitting in someone's inbox for three days.

“What if I don't like the plan?”

Then don't act on it. It's yours either way, and it cost you less than a week of the problem it describes.

“Who actually does this work?”

One person, start to finish. You'll know who you're dealing with and you'll get them on every call.

Start with a 20-minute call.

We'll tell you on that call whether an audit is worth it for you. Sometimes the answer is obvious enough that you don't need to pay us to find it — and if so, we'll just tell you what it is.
